Recently, this season's JELADO masterpiece sweatshirt, the Mountain Man, arrived.

With the cooperation of Riding High, it's an incredibly elaborate item knitted on a rare jacquard knitting machine, of which only two exist in the world. Today, we'll delve deeper into the Mountain Man.

JELADO Mountain Man Fleece Crew Neck【AG13230】

The Mountain Man is a very special project aiming to completely reproduce the fabric of an almost 100-year-old piece of underwear that our representative found at a flea market in Paris.

(Vintage underwear that served as the base)

And here is the completely reproduced fabric we created this time.

First, we used charcoal gray heather yarn for the face yarn and ecru yarn for the middle yarn, then combined two different thicknesses of back yarn and knitted them on a jacquard knitting machine. This creates the unique striped, uneven texture.

After that, we applied red overdye to the fabric. This dyes the ecru face yarn and the brushed back yarn red, creating a look that is indistinguishable from the vintage fabric.

This crew neck follows the double V-neck design of the 40s.

The sides have seams, and the sleeve ribs are circular knit.

Wearing it alone creates a very classic atmosphere.
