He talks about JELADO's craftsmanship,

Both JELADO stores previously offered hemming services for "other brand denim" brought to the store. However, due to the increase in hemming requests for items purchased in-store or online, we are currently not able to accept "bring-in hemming for other brands." We apologize for any inconvenience.
・Hemming for "JELADO products purchased from our dealers" (which you wear) will be charged.
