41 Khaki Last Resort Chino Cloth Stencil【AG94341B】Price ¥37,400 (tax included)

Similar to the Last Resort denim, this material was thoroughly crafted by dismantling carefully selected deadstock M41 KHAKI pants, and meticulously recreating the yarn thickness, irregularity shape, number of twists, and twisting direction, while considering the production background and technical capabilities of that era.

The raw cotton used is JELADO's basic, American Deep South cotton.

The shape of the unevenness is not too strong or too weak, reproducing a natural slub yarn.

Until now, the materials were dyed with reactive dyes, but this time, they were dyed with vat dyes, which were used at that time. Compared to modern reactive dyes, vat dyes have a lower dye quality, but for dyes around the 1950s, they had excellent fastness to rubbing and sunlight, and were considered quite superior at the time, so they were apparently used for materials that required toughness, such as workwear and towels.

To allow for aging changes to be enjoyed as they were back then, we used American cotton, shuttle looms, and vat dyes, creating a fabric that evokes vintage pieces with each wash, so we believe you will enjoy JELADO's new 41KHAKI.

This ultimate chino cloth, meticulously crafted in terms of raw cotton, yarn, weaving, and dyeing, is the LASTRESORT CHINO CLOTH. We have faithfully reproduced distinctive features such as the offset belt loops and 2mm wide double-welt pockets, just like vintage items.

Normally, pocket bags use a separate lining, but like the vintage sampled, we use chino fabric for the separate cloth. The strong puckering of the side seams also adds to the rugged impression of the extra-thick silhouette when worn.

By matching the stitching pitch to that of the time, we express a more classic 41 Khaki atmosphere.

The rise is deep and the thigh is wide, following a vintage silhouette.

As you wear them, the stencil will fade, and the fabric will develop a nice patina similar to aging, so we hope you enjoy wearing them.

Similar to the previous model, this jacket is made from Sta-Prest twill, but this time in navy, creating a more classic look.
"STA-PREST" was born in 1964 at a factory in Knoxville, Tennessee, and is affectionately known as "Sta-Pre" in Japan. This style is characterized by its modern silhouette and a crisp design with a center press, which captivated many fans. Using the same Sta-Prest twill material as before, we crafted it in the same tonal twill, also considering a matching set-up style with CATALINA. This material is wrinkle-resistant, durable, and functional, making it an item that allows for effortless smart-casual styling.
The MURRAYHILL JACKET is based on contemporary suits from the 1950s to 1960s. Contemporary suits, popular in the 1960s, are characterized by narrow lapels and a single button, often tailored in lustrous fabrics. At JELADO, we revised the armholes to create a jacket that looks stylish on adults, maintaining a sleek impression while ensuring it doesn't feel restrictive by altering the pattern.
