Today, we'd like to introduce JELADO's classic sinker-knitted crew neck T-shirt.

14/- Crew Neck Tee 【AB94242】

JELADO's classic tubular body, knitted on a sinker knitting machine in Wakayama Prefecture. Tubular knitting, where the body is knitted in one piece, requires knitting each size separately, making it difficult to expand the size range or produce larger sizes. However, with the cooperation of our knitters, we succeeded in offering a wide range of sizes from 38 to 46 (M to XXL).

The "14" in the name "14/- Crew Neck Tee" comes from the use of 14-count yarn. The higher the yarn count number, the finer the yarn, so 14-count is a relatively sturdy and thick yarn.

(Vanilla)

Using such 14-count open-end yarn, it is knitted into a body with a dry texture and moderate thickness.

Open-end yarn is made by air-jetting loose cotton fibers to align them again and twist them. Also known as rotor-spun yarn, its charm lies in its rough and dry texture, characteristic of American style.

Since the fibers are loose, the ends are not connected, making them open-ended. This creates a thick, dry-textured yarn.

While not exactly heavy-weight, the fabric has a substantial feel. The neck is binder-bound to prevent stretching, maintaining a comfortable fit even after long hours of wear.
