[White Tag & Black Tag Aging!] Introducing denim staff's aging process from upcoming arrivals!

It seems like it will get colder next week, so let's try not to get sick.
Now, today I will introduce upcoming products and the aging of staff denim.

This is a supreme denim woven on a 1950s loom with the same number of stitches, selected from raw cotton that matches the data of two DEAD STOCK denims from similar years, based on a meticulous analysis of the original DEAD STOCK denim by a certain research institution, including the length of the cotton fiber, the thickness and number of twists of the yarn, and the number of stitches in the fabric.
By making this denim, we were able to deeply understand the characteristics of XX denim at that time, such as the quality of the yarn and the texture of the fabric, and the differences from modern denim.
Among them, if we were to talk about a specific process that we deliberately did not touch upon in our mission to reproduce XX, it would be the "color tone".
To reproduce the color tone of vintage denim and the texture and color of denim woven under conditions where spinning technology was less developed and yarn quality was worse than it is today,
we created this LAST RESORT black tag.
We used the same raw cotton as the white tag for the warp and weft (EMOT for warp, California Pima for weft) to create the yarn, but we deliberately added more unevenness to the warp so that slubs would easily pop out.
By adding strong unevenness, we can create long vertical fades.
Looking at the vintage denim we targeted, the dullness of the weft color was quite noticeable. The color of the cotton at that time looked more like yellowish ecru than white.
We decided to make the yarn with this depth of color in mind, then dye it and weave the fabric.
By changing the dyeing factory from the white tag, the color is completely different.
The height of the rope and the dyeing process vary depending on the dyeing factory, so the resulting color also changes.
And due to this difference in process, the white tag is 14OZ and the black tag is 15OZ, resulting in a change in fabric weight.
And by deliberately dyeing it 8 times to make the color deeper, it has become a darker, deeper blue denim. We decided to use this denim, which has a deep color and a wild, uneven texture, as the "LASTRESORT DENIM Black Tag" model for those seeking a more heritage texture.
In the future, this denim will be used to tailor denim wear models from before the 1940s.
Although it has a wilder appearance and fabric touch, after wearing it for just two days, it transforms into a soft and smooth fit like the white tag, without any stress.

5-pocket denim Universal Slim 312ZXX.
Released as Universal Slim "312ZXX" using the original denim fabric "LAST RESORT".
We use 14oz denim fabric reproduced by scientifically approaching the thickness of the yarn, the length of the fibers, and the number of twists, by disassembling DEAD STOCK fabric of Levi's 501XX from the early 1950s and selecting cotton specifically from American cotton.
The fabric reproduced based on all analyzed data, including indigo color and the number of fabric weaves, is named "LAST RESORT" and products using this denim will have an original tag attached and "XX" engraved on the leather patch.
This model is named after our aim to create denim with a cool fit that is universally appealing.
It is a slim straight fit that falls right between the silhouette of our 66 denim and our classic slim, developed with the interpretation of a modern standard with a tapered leg.
Orange thread is used for sewing.
We added a playful touch by changing the color of the thread for the top and bottom, and changing the thickness of the thread depending on the part.
By making the front a zipper, we finished it as something that can be worn by all generations.
This is JELADO's slimmest denim.
You can enjoy the aging of the white tag fabric.
It's a perfect match with boots.
