It has been about three years since JELADO released the new standard 5-pocket denim 301XX from their "STANDARD COLLECTION".

Sorry for the wait, we are back in stock.
We use 1950oz denim fabric that was recreated by disassembling the dead stock fabric of Levi's 501XX from the early 14s, carefully selecting American cotton, and scientifically adjusting the thread thickness, fiber length, and number of twists.
The fabric, which was reproduced based on all analyzed data such as the indigo color and the number of threads in the fabric, has been named this original denim fabric "LAST RESORT (family heirloom)". Products using this denim will have an original name attached to them and XX engraved on the leather patch.
This time, we have sewn a perfect reproduction of the denim, based on the leather patch of the time and following the pattern, including the denim sewing thread and count.
The distinctive shape of the back pocket is also reproduced, along with the single-stroke stitching and the triangular stitching at the end.
We even recreated the different color stitching in one place on the belt loop.
In addition to the stitching parts, all the rivets are made original, and even the tack buttons on the front are made from iron.
I think this will be a watch that you can enjoy as it changes over time.

This is the third year since its release in 2021SS. The warp thread is a twisted heathered yarn with sulfurization, and the weft thread is a black thread with sulfurization, and the fabric is made without using a twisted heathered twill with a firm texture. After making the product, the fabric was washed to remove the color overall, recreating the faded black covert texture that would have remained in the modern era. Size
Like the 41 Khaki, these pants have a deep rise and wide thighs, making them a classic style.
The basic sewing specifications are the same as the 41 Khaki, with fine stitching, and the 41mm double welt coin pocket and back pocket, which are typical details of the XNUMX Khaki, are reproduced.
It expresses the atmosphere of the time when urea buttons were used.
Another key point is that, like the vintage items owned by JELADO, there is no lining on the pockets, and only the separate twill fabric remains.
The belt loops are also slightly misaligned by the craftsman's skill, and every detail has been carefully considered to create a vintage atmosphere.

The lining is made of a different fabric.

 

41khaki has become an unprecedented hit. We have changed the material based on this design and made it using the 10.5 oz LAST RESORT DENIM blue tag.
We dismantled a LEE coverall from the 40s and analyzed the thickness of the thread, the density of the weave, and the strength of the unevenness. In order to more accurately recreate the faded vintage atmosphere that remains today, we randomly woven three different warp thread thicknesses to create a garment with the image of sparse vertical fading.
The denim is 10.5 oz thick, making it easy to wear even when it gets cooler.
Unlike the blue tag used in the JEE series, the weft of this tag is woven with off-white yarn.
Like the JEE series, Deep South cotton is used for the warp threads, which are number 8, 9, and 10, and the weft thread is number 9, and the number of threads has not changed, but since the color of the weft thread is different, this one looks lighter in color when comparing the appearance of the surface.
Like the classic 41khaki, it has a highly accurate finish, including the distinctive offset belt loops and the vintage-style 2mm double-welted pockets.
The pockets are also made of a different fabric to add to the atmosphere.
A distinctive feature of the 41DENIM TROUSER is that the buttons are made of metal, giving it a more luxurious look with detailed construction.
The silhouette is also made to the same dimensions, so it is recommended for those who like the 41khaki silhouette.
