Dugout Trousers【AG21322】
These trousers are based on late 1800s to early 1900s trousers owned by our company, and were produced by REBUILD in Osaka, where one person handles all processes from cutting to sewing.
All processes sewn by one person
By combining multiple vintage sewing machines, we have completely reproduced the sewing specifications of the early 1900s.

For single-needle lockstitch, we use a SINGER 31 sewing machine. The pockets feature reinforcing lockstitches for durability, reproducing the details of old work pants.

For twin-needle lockstitch, we use a SINGER 134 sewing machine. Furthermore, the twin-needle sewing on both sides uses a lapped seam for both the inner and outer sides, a sewing specification that is absolutely impossible with modern mass production. We have recreated a luxurious item from a time when there were no efficient sewing machines like today, and both tailors and workwear artisans carefully made each garment one by one.

The fabric used is a special Wabash fabric derived from LASTRESORT blue tag.
Similar to the blue tag, it uses Texas Deep South cotton, combines three types of yarn counts for the warp, and adopts indigo-dyed yarn with rope dyeing for the weft.

Since the weft is also indigo-dyed in the same color, the back side is also blue. Furthermore, similar to the "Stifel company," famous for supplying vintage Wabash fabric, the "JELADO company" print is randomly overlaid with pigment on the back side.

As you can see in the photos, this vintage-like fabric has an uneven texture.

The silhouette is a very wide straight cut, characteristic of old workwear.
