The 2 Monkeys Sportif (Black Calf) 【TM72924】

 

Speaking of The 2 Monkeys,

this boot is definitely the icon.

 

・Goodyear welt construction (forefoot part)

・McKay construction (waist to heel part)

 

These two constructions are combined in

the Sportif boots.

 

The waist is greatly tapered,

which is easily visible from the bottom of the sole.

 

The leather used for the Sportif is

French calf. This leather has few scratches and a fine grain,

a pleasant feel, and a soft texture.

By pressing the surface of the leather, the fibers of the leather

tighten, giving it firmness.

 

The Sportif's leather is a brown-core leather

that has been stained with a hill dye. As you wear them,

the leather will age, and the brown underlayer will begin to show.

You can enjoy the changing appearance.
