JELADO Dean 【SG01411】

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Introducing Dean, which was also popular last year.

Last year, it was available in two colors, red and black, but this season, black is still available and olive has been added as a new color.

 

The name "DEAN" was given

in homage to the red drizzler jacket (actually an anti-freeze jacket)

worn by James Dean in the 1950s film "Rebel Without a Cause".

 

 

 

Instead of the usual nylon-cotton material used for drizzler jackets,

we've adopted a high-density woven material called Ventile.

This creates a natural sheen, adding freshness, durability,

and a touch of luxury to the classic design.

 

 

Ventile is an ultra-high-density fabric developed as waterproof clothing for British Air Force pilots, designed to protect lives even in cold seas.

This material uses the world's longest cotton fibers and, despite being a 100% natural cotton material, possesses water repellency.

It combines a high weaving density with the natural characteristic of cotton fibers to swell when wet, and water-repellent treatment is applied during the fabric dyeing process.

This allows it to maintain the natural breathability and soft feel of cotton while ensuring water repellency, unlike typical coating or laminate waterproofing.

At both JELADO stores, we used to offer hemming services even for "denim from other brands" if you brought them to the store.

However, as we've seen an increase in hemming requests for items purchased in-store and online,

we are currently unable to accept "hemming requests for other brands' items brought in." We apologize for any inconvenience.

・Hemming for "JELADO products purchased from a dealer" will be charged.
