2024 Mid Season Collection

in JELADO WEST

 

Tomorrow, the 4th (Sunday), will be the last day of the preview event.

 

This preview event is sure to be enjoyable not only for our regular customers,

but also for first-time visitors.

 

From this preview event, we have changed the name of this collection from "Mid Summer" to

"Mid Season".

 

Each year, this collection has included not only summer items, but also

JELADO's classic flannel shirts, mega thermals, and other autumn/winter items,

which is why we decided to call it "Mid Season" instead of "Mid Summer".

 

This year's Collection has the theme of

"Sprout."

 

Representative Goto is celebrating "20 years of entrepreneurship," a milestone year.

And with the theme of "returning to our roots,"

the name of JELADO's predecessor, the used clothing store "Sprout," has been chosen as the theme.

 

In that sense, I believe that we staff members, as well as

our customers, are looking forward to it, but

I think Representative Goto is enjoying it the most.

 

We hope that as many customers as possible will visit and

The base is a thick but soft fabric from before the 1950s,

to reproduce this, we thoroughly analyzed vintage flannel shirts

and conducted tests at a testing institution, just like with Lee workwear,

 

・Fiber length

・Twist coefficient

・Yarn count

・Number of threads per inch

 

By carefully analyzing these, we developed a new flannel from scratch.

 

This product

uses sulfur dyes.

Although there is little demand for sulfur dyeing in recent years,

the "aging" through wear,

and the soft "fabric feel" and "touch" that feel as if wrapped in a towel,

are exceptionally good and highly recommended.

 

This product receives a lot of inquiries from customers

who are concerned about the size, but we would be happy if you could

consult us in store rather than by phone (as we may not be able to respond due to customers in store, etc.).
