It has been about three years since JELADO released the new standard 5-pocket denim 301XX from their "STANDARD COLLECTION".

Sorry for the wait, we are back in stock.
We use 1950oz denim fabric that was recreated by disassembling the dead stock fabric of Levi's 501XX from the early 14s, carefully selecting American cotton, and scientifically adjusting the thread thickness, fiber length, and number of twists.
The fabric, which was reproduced based on all analyzed data such as the indigo color and the number of threads in the fabric, has been named this original denim fabric "LAST RESORT (family heirloom)". Products using this denim will have an original name attached to them and XX engraved on the leather patch.
This time, we have sewn a perfect reproduction of the denim, based on the leather patch of the time and following the pattern, including the denim sewing thread and count.
The distinctive shape of the back pocket is also reproduced, along with the single-stroke stitching and the triangular stitching at the end.
We even recreated the different color stitching in one place on the belt loop.
In addition to the stitching parts, all the rivets are made original, and even the tack buttons on the front are made from iron.
I think this will be a watch that you can enjoy as it changes over time.

It looks like it has wrinkled and the color has faded a little.

This is the second type (After the end of World War II, America experienced an unprecedented economic boom in the 1950s. Wartime material controls were lifted, and Levi's worked on changing the model of its denim jacket for the first time in a long time. This is how "Lot. 1952XX", commonly known as "Second", was born in 507).

JELAD uses 1950 oz denim fabric that reproduces the Levi's 501XX dead stock from the early 501s, selects cotton from the United States, and scientifically analyzes the thickness of the thread, the length of the fibers, the number of twists, etc. The details are also reproduced from the original.

JELADO Smoky Joe Camel [AB83409A] Price: ¥101,200 (tax included)

 

We are developing the same material that was popular last time with a different color scheme. We used double-woven melton from Oshu, 90% wool and 10% nylon, double-woven with broken twill to make the weave less visible and give it a luxurious, vintage feel. It is a time-consuming material that goes through multiple processing steps, such as shrinking after weaving, brushing on both sides, and pressing the fabric with a roller to give it a firm feel (clear finish). The sleeves are made of cowhide leather that is soft and moist and has a textured feel. As with last year, the range of movement has been expanded so that it does not feel stressful when worn, but it has been made into an outerwear with a silhouette suitable for adults. By using beige melton and brown leather, we have made it into a simple varsity jacket that adults can wear. The leather sleeves are made of 1.8 mm cowhide leather, but the soft finish makes it comfortable to wear.

The leather part is made of cowhide, which gives it a unique texture.

This year, we asked a handler to apply patches and embroidery using a 114s hand-operated sewing machine, SINGER103K50, built in England. The patches are time-consuming, as they are made by hand using chenille embroidery and chain embroidery. This time, we reproduced the team embroidery of the skating rink in the 40s. The same design as the embroidery is made with chenille patches. The luster will settle with use and the atmosphere will change over time. The body is made of the same material that was popular last time, but with a different color scheme. Double-woven melton from Oshu, 90% wool, 10% nylon. It is double-woven and woven with broken twill, so the weave is hard to see, giving it a luxurious and vintage feel. We thoroughly analyzed the elements of VINTAGE to create a new flannel shirt.
This flannel shirt was made by thoroughly analyzing vintage flannel fabrics in order to reproduce the thick yet soft texture of the flannel shirts from before the 50s. As with Lee's workwear, we analyzed the fiber length, twist factor, count, and number of threads in detail to develop a new flannel fabric that had never been seen before. Representative brands that use flannel shirts from before the 50s include Pilgrim, Winterking, and Kingkole, but this time we are analyzing Pilgrim's flannel shirts.
This flannel shirt is dyed using sulfur dyes. Demand for sulfur dyes has decreased in recent years, and raw materials are also scarce, but this rare material is used to create the flannel shirt. You can enjoy the unique changes over time, such as fading and soft texture, as you wear it. The special texture of the fabric, which feels like you are wrapped in a towel, will become an addictive thing every time you wear it.
We used this fine flannel fabric to tailor a simple work shirt of the same era. The pockets are flapless, allowing you to enjoy vintage-like styling. The size is close to our Union Worker Shirt Regular Length (standard flannel shirt), further enhancing the vintage atmosphere.

This is a shirt that was also introduced by Higashino Denim.

This is a really soft and comfortable shirt.

This time too, our CEO Goto cut up and analyzed vintage fabric from that time to create the flannel shirt.

This is a new flannel shirt that has been carefully crafted.
