We will introduce you to the new special.

Hello everyone!
Yesterday was a busy day and I wasn't able to take my time to introduce the items from this exhibition on the blog, but I would like to introduce them little by little.
Of course, I plan to introduce more of these on YouTube from now on, but there is one item I want to introduce first, so today I will only be explaining this item in detail!
18周年限定
406EXX
This is a limited edition denim jacket that is packed with incredible attention to detail.
First, let's talk about the base of this jacket. The 506xx Levi's 1st denim jacket was remodeled into a new standard jacket in 1952.
That's the 507xx.
This is what is called the 2nd jacket.
The length of the garment is slightly different, and the pockets are symmetrical, making for a very neat design. This was only available for one year from 1952 to 1953.
It inherited the manufacturing method from the 1ST model, and the red tab was a single-sided tab, giving it special specifications that retained vestiges of the old style.
Some of the items had dome buttons, and there were still traces of the process having been carried out using all the materials available at the time, which gave us the idea for this limited edition project.
What if a second model was made in a sewing factory that still had materials from the 40s?
Because the theme is
Denim is not usually used LASTRESORT
I used the black tag!
And by using dome buttons on the back of the buttons, we have created a design that is more reminiscent of the 40s.
Even though it's a second-hand product, the one-sided tab is what really appeals to me.
It is a faithful reproduction.
The pocket and flap have been stitched in a single stroke.
The hook is black
We are doing the same here.
As expected, the key feature of the earliest Second 52 model is the stitching of the yoke!
It may not be visible in the photo, but the stitching on the yoke is also reproduced in the same way.
The interesting thing about vintage items is that even if they are the same model from the same era, there will be differences in the sewing thread, buttons and rivets from different eras, and they will all have their own quirks.
Here's the twist this time!
The sleeves are sewn with rainbow double stitching
Of course I do it...
We also redesigned the buttons, rethinking how the logo looks, remaking the mold and creating new iron buttons.
This time, I even got to work on the sewing thread to sew it together...
I will talk more about that on YouTube!
I want you to see it live at least once.
We will be holding a preview at JELADOWEST this weekend, so please come and see these limited edition items.
