Today we would like to introduce a piece that JELADO has put all their effort into, which was created by meticulously studying vintage sweatshirts and meticulously reproducing the stitching of the time.

JELADO Blutal Fleece【AB13213】

We are currently accepting pre-orders for this ultimate sweatshirt, named "BRUTAL FLEECE."

Originally knitted with a 40s double V heather grey sweatshirt, using a vintage sewing machine.
Sewing using this technique.

This is a piece that has been thoroughly crafted with the cooperation of the specialty brand "REBUILT."

The fabric uses 20-count top thread for the surface, 40-count natural thread for the middle thread, and 8-count natural thread for the back thread, recreating a deep heathered gray that is reminiscent of vintage items.

The natural color of the middle thread is subtly adjusted to show on the surface, creating the natural heathered look that is unique to the top thread.

It has a fluffy texture that is unique to loop wheel knitting machines, and any stretching or sagging that occurs after wearing can be restored by washing.

The stitching was done using the same vintage sewing machines as used back then, with great attention to detail.

The fabric is sewn together using a SINGER 105-4 (double chain stitch sewing machine), cut to the appropriate length, and then covered on the back side with a twin needle.

The seams are visible on the front side, and when turned inside out the outer fabric is visible through the seams, creating a unique design.

The cuff ribbing is also sewn with this sewing machine, and an open loop finish is used for strength.

The low thread count ensures stretch without the seams being too stiff.

In addition, UNION SPECIAL 11900 is used to press down the sewn edges and finish the garment, and the appropriate stitching prevents the seams from bunching up or rippling.

UNION SPECIAL 52800 is used for the collar binder, and by sewing it in from the back, thick silk thread is placed on the front side.

This improves flexibility and strength while preventing thread breakage.

The ultimate vintage sweatshirt, made with meticulous attention to the texture of the fabric, sewing techniques, and selection of sewing machines.
