Lately, I, Goto, have been in an intense "superhuman desire" mode, and I've been running every week. The person who trains me is also quite intense, so he doesn't go easy on me. The athletes I invited to join never came back, so only I and one amateur athlete are participating in this Monday running club.

I usually tell people that we do it at 6:00 PM on Mondays, but sometimes we don't. He just stops by on his run.

10 single-leg deep squats with jumps

5 sets for both legs

Same movement on the stairs to the top

5 to 10 hill sprints

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, a two-legged jump to the top of the hill, named Murofushi...

 

There are other endless exercises, but

Fujii-chan comes to do them even when he's not asked to.

A distinctive feature of this design is the unusual shoulder yoke on the front, if you look closely. When worn, it naturally creates a dropped shoulder, a design unlike any before.

 

 

Emma, at 183.75 kg, wears a size L over a T-shirt, which is just right.

 

If you wear a sweatshirt or thick shirt underneath, an L size would probably be best!

We custom-ordered and produced rayon kemp melton in a moderately deep green that pairs well with denim and chinos.

 

 

Wool takes a long time for the finishing process after weaving, so it's produced through a very intricate and time-consuming "baton relay" of various manufacturers.
