This weekend, on November 4th (Saturday) and November 5th (Sunday), we will be holding a boot fitting event in Ebisu.

Mr. Riya Suzuki, former representative of Red Wing Japan, has been involved in the production of boots and other items with a sense of the past that didn't exist before, incorporating his sensibilities from delving into the world of classic work boots.
The 2 Monkeys is particularly focused on the era when workwear and boots began to diverge, with Europe and America influencing each other from the same roots, just before they started to develop uniquely in America. For boots, this would be the early 20th century or earlier, and for apparel, the late 19th century or earlier.
This was the early period when the manufacturing of wearables began to shift to a full-scale mass production system, as well as the time before that, when shoes and clothing were primarily made by hand in small workshops.
While drawing inspiration from the diverse products born in such an era, with their unique styles and stories buried in history, we carefully select and gradually commercialize products that can be enjoyed in today's daily coordination.
Sportif, the new Vaudeville, and Elastos, to be released next spring.

This is the 55Denim Jacket 406XX. It's JELADO's standard first white tag, second type.
The more you wear it, the more the color fades and it develops a unique character, so you can enjoy its aging process.

Currently, the "LASTRESORT DENIM" with the black tag, which has become JELADO's masterpiece, is a wild and vintage-style denim.
This is JELADO's first 1ST TYPE denim jacket using a black tag.
The fabric has been changed from the first 1ST model produced with a white tag, and it is a reproduction in indigo with a black tag.
The black tag of LASTRESORT DENIM is sewn inside the pocket. This is a special 15oz denim created with a new approach different from the white tag, reproducing denim by disassembling and analyzing deadstock XX denim.
The characteristic features of the 1st type, such as the single pocket with a flap, single-sided tab, five buttons, inner cuff buttons, and back strap, are reproduced.
When dividing the 1st type into early and late periods, the early period had a cinch-back buckle and the box stitching securing the pleats caused the button height to shift. This reproduction similarly varies the button and stitch heights and reproduces the cinch-back buckle of the early period. Since the black tag was created for denim from the 1940s and earlier, this approach corresponds to the same era.
Compared to the 2nd Type, the collar attachment is separate on the left and right, and the sleeve attachment forms a T-shape when laid flat. These details have been adopted to a wearable extent.
Due to production specifications, sizes L and above, where the fabric width is insufficient, will have a T-back specification.
