The other day, our featured autumn/winter item, the Sukajan jacket, arrived in stock.
JELADO USMC Souvenir Jacket [JP03408]
Many of you may have seen the video posted on the Minamikawa Channel, which took a look inside an embroidery site in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture.
So this time, we will be introducing the embroidered items that JELADO is proud of!
JELADO Eagle Eye Indian Heads【AB03410C】
This is where Minamikawa-san visited in the video.This varsity jacket uses patches that were commissioned to be produced by HANDLER Inc., a company based in Kiryu City.
"HANDLER Inc." is a craftsman who is highly regarded around the world for his embroidered items made using 100-year-old hand-operated sewing machines.
This patch was made based on a VINTAGE Indian head emblem.
Part of the hair ornament is sewn together with a chain, and the facial contours and eyes are drawn using handle embroidery, sewing the felt together.

Next is the patch for this stadium jacket.We commissioned a Yokoburi craftsman who has been making military patches and other items for over 40 years to make the badges.
This patch is named after the nickname of a major leaguer from the good old days (EAGLE EYE) and is made with a baseball motif to match the concept of this varsity jacket.
After the embroidery is done, the seams of the ball are drawn with a chain and the felt pieces are sewn together with a chain, which is a very time-consuming process.
Even the buttons are designed to resemble vintage balls.
JELADO Smoky Joe Full Custom Camel [AB83409C]
Lastly, we have the "Smoky Joe" varsity jacket, which is lavishly embroidered all the way to the back.
This is the back embroidery and patchThis was made by HANDLER Inc. using a SINGER114K103, a hand-operated sewing machine from the 50s that was assembled in the UK.
The team embroidery from the skating rink of the 40s is reproduced exactly as it was.
The patch on the front also has a skate motif.
The patch is also very impressive.
We currently have a large stock of these jackets in store, so please come and see them for yourself.
