~The Classic and Ultimate Chino Pants~

Good evening. This is Uemura from WEST.

Today, I'd like to introduce JELADO's classic chino pants, the 41 Khaki, which are very popular in both colors.

41 Khaki Lastresort Chino Cloth【AG94341A】

 

We took a vintage 41 Khaki and analyzed the number and direction of twists, thread thickness, and unevenness, then produced the thread from scratch.

Using American deep south cotton, we recreated the natural slub yarn.

While the previous 41 Khaki model was dyed with reactive dyes,

this 41 Khaki is dyed with vat dyes.

To reproduce the fabric texture of that time, we produced the fabric on a shuttle loom.

The 41 Khaki, made with American cotton, shuttle loom, and vat dyes, is finished to preserve the atmosphere and fabric texture of the era.

From the raw cotton, thread, weaving, and dyeing, this is the ultimate chino pants, crafted with meticulous attention to every detail...

This is JELADO's Last Resort Chino Cloth "41 Khaki".

As you wear and wash them repeatedly,

the vintage aging will become apparent in their appearance.

While some sizes are out of stock,

(*An additional S size release has been decided, but it will be a "cut-and-sew" specification, not tubular knit.)

This sweatshirt is made with vintage sewing machines for each part, making it the ultimate piece with attention to detail.
