Today, I will be introducing our classic chino pants.

41 Khaki Lastresort Chino Cloth【AG94341A】

The JELADO classic chino pants, 41 Khaki, are very popular in both colors.

We cut a vintage 41 Khaki and analyzed the number and direction of twists, thread thickness, and unevenness of the threads, then produced the threads ourselves.

Using American Deep South cotton, we reproduced the natural uneven thread.

Unlike the previous 41 Khaki model which was dyed with reactive dyes,

this 41 Khaki is dyed with vat dyes.

To reproduce the fabric feel of the time,

we produced the fabric on a shuttle loom.

The 41 Khaki, made with American cotton, shuttle loom, and vat dyes,

is finished to retain the atmosphere and fabric feel of the era.

The ultimate chino pants, meticulously crafted in terms of raw cotton, yarn, weaving, and dyeing...

That is JELADO's Last Resort Chino Cloth "41 Khaki".

With repeated wear and washing,

the vintage aging will appear as a unique texture.
