JELADO 44 leather

Based on LEVI'S S506XX...

It features laurel buttons.

"Ivy Embossed Button"

It's called the "Leaf Logo Button."

There are names for them, but generally speaking,

"Laurel button" is probably more familiar.

 

Because it is based on S506XX,

There will be four buttons instead of five.

It has a blue rust finish.

The leather will deteriorate with repeated wearing.

As it ages, it will match the atmosphere.

 

The left chest pocket has no flap.

This is also one of the details of the S506XX.

 

Next comes the back.

Regarding LEVI'S 506XX,

Sizes 46 and up feature split back.

In today's terms, this refers to the "T-BACK specification."

-For 507XX, sizes 42 to 50 have side seams.

The leather used here is

Newly developed horsehide, approximately 1.6mm thick.

 

It was then tanned using a combination process (chrome x tannin).

After tanning with chrome, the solvent is washed away,

By tanning again with tannin,

Bringing out the best of the tannins,

The moderate weight of the leather and the repeated wearing of the bag give it a unique look.

It appears as a facial expression, so you can enjoy the atmosphere.

That's the kind of leather it is.

 

After dyeing the base light brown,

At a long-established finishing factory in Tokyo,

Brown core leather with black hill dyeing.

This time, to make the black stronger,

Mix pigment and dye in half

It is finished with semi-aniline.

 

Dyes that add color to the base,

The pigment on which the coating is applied is

It matches perfectly and when worn

It will age nicely.

 

The softness of leather that 100% pigment does not have.

And because it has a thin coating,

Once you put it on, the color of the base will quickly show through.

 

Usually, there aren't many in line.

It is 44 leather.
