~WEST after the Summer Holidays~

 

Good evening. This is Uemura from WEST.

Today, instead of introducing products,

I'd like to write a little about JELADO WEST,

where I work.

 

It's almost two and a half years

since we moved from the old store.

 

I returned to the company

after the relocation,

and I think some of you may have vaguely noticed

from Representative Goto's story posts,

 

but JELADO WEST has undergone a significant transformation

in its storefront.

 

First, this...

A boot rack has been created!!

 

 

Now boots are easier to see,

and we've created a corner that boot enthusiasts

and all JELADO WEST customers

will enjoy.

 

Next is this...

 

 

The fitting rooms have also changed.

First, as you can see from the image,

the single fitting room has become two.

 

Another change is that what used to be curtains

are now doors, making them much

easier to use, I think.

 

During exhibitions, customers had to wait for the fitting rooms,

which caused inconvenience, but I believe

this has been somewhat improved.

 

Also, the sales area with the brick floor at the back

could be partitioned by a door, but by removing it,

the space has become much wider.

 

And we plan to install mirrors,

so customers can see themselves better =

we've created an environment where customers

can try on more products.

 

In addition to that,

 

 

 

The space has been designed to make it easier

for customers to pick up products, so please

come and see the new JELADO WEST.

～Regarding Hemming of Brought-in Items～

 

Both JELADO stores used to offer hemming services for

"denim from other brands" if brought into the store,

but due to an increase in hemming requests for items purchased in-store or online,

we are currently unable to process "hemming for other brands brought in".

We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

・Hemming for "JELADO products purchased from our dealers"

will be subject to a fee.

※We will continue to offer hemming services for items purchased directly from JELADO,

as before.

 

【Summer Holiday Notice】
Thank you for your continued patronage.
We will be closed for the Obon holiday during the following period.

 

Holiday Period

• Tuesday, August 13th
• Wednesday, August 14th
• Thursday, August 15th

Shipping and inquiry responses will be suspended during the above period.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Monday, August 12th, will be processed sequentially starting from Friday, August 16th, our first business day.
Shipping of products, responses to inquiries, and communication regarding orders will also be handled sequentially from Friday, August 16th.
