Today, we would like to introduce some shirts made from the ultimate twisted heathered fabric, which JELADO developed with the same attention to detail as the Last Resort series, starting from the yarn.

 

JELADO Ciggy Shirt (AG81118)

Just like the Last Resort fabric, this supreme chambray fabric was made by dismantling a VINTAGE "BIG YANK" chambray from JELADO's collection and thoroughly reproducing the characteristics of the original fabric, such as the thread count, number of threads per inch, uneven thread shape, and twist state.

 

 

For dyeing, we used sulfur dyes that allow you to enjoy the same aging as the Vintage items. Originally, we were planning to reproduce black chambray, but because sulfur dyes are difficult to stabilize, we ended up with a reddish gray color. It was a wonderful color that we had never seen before, so we decided to make it into a product.

 

 

This Shiggy shirt is a vintageThis is a half-zip pullover that incorporates details from "BIG YANK."

 

 

"BIG YANK" features separate cuffs and

 

 

 

It reproduces the short chin strap known as chocochin.

 

 

The smaller pocket on the front is a pocket called a cigarette pocket, which is a vintage detail from the time when cigarette boxes did not have film wrapped around them, to prevent the cigarettes from getting wet with sweat.
