The biggest feature of this item is that it is made from 1950 ounce denim fabric that was created by disassembling the fabric of a dead stock Levi's 501XX from the early 501s, selecting cotton from the United States, and thoroughly scientifically analyzing the thickness of the thread, the length of the fibers, the number of twists, etc. to recreate the 14XX.

In addition, every detail of this denim jacket is a faithful reproduction of the product from that time.

You can wear it just right, or you can go up one size.

Based on the freedom sleeve sweatshirt from the 40s, it retains a vintage feel while being tailored to fit a modern style.

The body is knitted using an old-fashioned Azuma knitting machine, with a round body (no side seams).

The Azuma knitting machine is an old-fashioned knitting machine that produces fleece with a vintage feel and lightness. This knitting machine is one of the knitting machines from the 70s when loopwheel knitting machines were replaced by innovative knitting machines, and is a rare knitting machine with only a few remaining in existence.

Because it is knitted slowly, the number of pieces produced per day is small, and as a result, you can enjoy the same texture as that of a hanging knitting machine, with its uneven surface and fluffy feel.

Regarding raising, if the fabric is open-knit, it can be raised in one work process, but in the case of round raising, the circle is fitted onto a flat surface and raised on all four sides, so the work goes all the way around, which simply takes four times as much work.

The fabric is finished with a pre-brushed finish before dyeing.

The sewing is mostly done using two needles like vintage styles, but the cuffs are made with circular knit ribbing, and the cuff ribbing is added in one go from the two needle sewing used under the arms.

We have recreated a vintage piece that is now difficult to come by, with the stitching exactly as it was back then.

This sweatshirt goes great with both denim and chinos.

The fluffy fabric is comfortable to wear and warm, making this a must-have sweatshirt this winter.

This sweatshirt has been made with great care and attention, so we think you will be able to wear it for many years.

When it gets colder, you can wear it in combination with Mega Thermal to stay warm.
