Thank you for always visiting our store.
Today marks the annual restock of 41 denim. So, today we're bringing you a special feature on 41 denim!

JELADO 41 Denim 【AG94341DA】
This is a special piece crafted from our Last Resort blue-tag denim, applying the specifications of our enduring classic, 41 Khaki.

Last Resort blue-tag denim is a 10.5 oz fabric that represents the current JELADO, created by deconstructing a 1940s LEE coverall and analyzing thread thickness, weave density, and slub strength. As a result of this analysis, to reproduce the faded vintage feel that remains today, three different warps are randomly woven, creating a fabric with uneven vertical fading.

JELADO 311W Painter Pants【JP94311W】
This is the same fabric used for these painter pants, reproducing the 1940s LEE house mark.

To be precise, the weft yarn of the painter pants fabric is gray,

while the 41 denim uses ecru weft yarn.

Therefore, the 41 denim has a slightly brighter color.

The details follow the 41 Khaki, with all pockets featuring 2mm wide double-welt pockets, just like the vintage.

The belt loops are also offset, similar to the 41 Khaki.

The silhouette is a wide, straight cut, and combined with the 10.5 oz fabric, it creates a cool texture perfect for spring and summer.

One difference from the 41 Khaki is the use of metal buttons.

Furthermore, the pocket lining is meticulously crafted, using a twisted chambray fabric originally developed by JELADO through a process similar to Last Resort.

JELADO Ciggy Shirt 【AG81118】
Although this 41 denim is packed with attention to detail, some sizes are already running low. Be sure to get yours soon!
~Information on Pre-order Items~
We would like to introduce the following items that are now available for pre-order.
【Pre-order Item, Arriving June】JELADO Rebel Jacket Horse Hide Semi Aniline Finish Black【SG71428】
The Rebel Jacket
is a long-standing classic rider's jacket
in the JELADO lineup.
To make it a simpler rider's jacket,
we've removed the epaulets.
Furthermore, by using cupro instead of quilting,
it is easy to put on and take off,
a jacket designed for maximum comfort.
With 1.6mm thick leather and a semi-aniline finish,
it offers a softness not found in 100% pigment finishes, and as "tea-core leather,"
you can enjoy its aging process with repeated wear.
We have one more item available for pre-order.
This is also a very popular item,
which sold out very quickly last time,
with sizes disappearing in an instant:
【Pre-order Item, Arriving June】JELADO CM47 HBT Baker Pants【CT03347】
These are baker pants made from "Herringbone Twill" fabric,
which was adopted in 1947.
※ What is Herringbone?
"Herringbone" =
"herring" and "bone"
The pattern is said to originate from the bones visible when a herring fish is split open.
Baker pants were worn in battle zones,
but also during indoor work.
It is also said that the name "Baker Pants" came from the fact that bakers wore them.
Since they are made of herringbone twill fabric,
they are thick and durable.
Additionally, being 100% cotton, you can enjoy the aging process with repeated wear.
Although we have been taking reservations for this item for some time,
it was a popular item at the 2025 SS preview.
【Pre-order Item, Arriving Early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】
USMC M44 Monkey Pants were
pants issued to the Marine Corps, and are a popular item in the vintage industry known by the nickname "Monkey Pants."
The origin of that name is this...
Large, horizontally long cargo pockets with flaps.
These large pockets were adopted to hold a "poncho,"
and the reason for the flaps was to prevent the contents from falling out.
These pockets are said to resemble a monkey's buttocks, which is why they are called "Monkey Pants."
The production period of the M44 was actually very short, lasting only "1 year and 3 months,"
from July 1944 to around October 1945.
Also, because they were issued to the "elite few"
U.S. Marine Corps, the overall production volume was small, so they command considerably high prices in the vintage market.
The periods when the U.S. Marine Corps actually wore them are...
・Battle of Iwo Jima (February 19 - March 26, 1945)
・Around the Battle of Okinawa (March 26 - September 7, 1945).
And after World War II,
・Korean War (June 25, 1950 - July 27, 1953)
They seem to have been widely worn during these conflicts.
Jelado's Monkey Pants use herringbone material.
Furthermore, they are dyed with vat dyes.
And the buttons are donut buttons, adding to the vintage feel.
By wearing them diligently, you can enjoy their aging process.
Half-length coats with native patterns and
leather jackets... and even
coveralls match very well,
I also recommend pairing them with chambray shirts.
Please make your reservations online or in-store.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Popular items are now available for pre-order.
We look forward to receiving your reservations.
Thank you.
