The U.S. NAVY DUNGAREE JUMPER is a 1940s U.S. NAVY shawl-collar coverall.

It was issued as a light outer garment for deck work in the U.S. Navy.

JELADO has perfectly reproduced this highly coveted vintage item.

 

The distinctive collar shape also follows the vintage design.

The buttons feature an anchor mark, the symbol of the US NAVY, specially ordered from a mold. As with vintage pieces, the top is painted matte navy. It is said that military metal buttons are painted with lacquer, etc., to make them less visible to the enemy when light hits them.

 

While maintaining the short hemline silhouette, the armholes and sleeve width have been modernly adjusted.

This time, we offer sizes up to extra large 50 (5XL).
