The warp threads are made of sulfurized twisted heathered yarn, and the weft threads are made of sulfurized black yarn, making for a firm, twisted heathered twill fabric.
The size is similar to the 41 Khaki, with a deep rise and wide thighs, making these classic pants.
The basic sewing specifications are the same as the 41 Khaki, with fine stitching, and it reproduces the 41mm double-welted coin pocket and back pocket, which are typical details of the XNUMX Khaki.
The buttons are made of urea buttons to express the atmosphere of the time.
Another key point is that, like the vintage items owned by JELADO, the pockets do not use lining but instead use a separate twill fabric.
The clasps on the belt loops are also slightly misaligned by the craftsman's skill, and every detail has been carefully considered to create a vintage atmosphere.

It's hidden behind the 41 Khaki and probably not well known, but this is one of my recommendations.

You can wear it one size up, or you can wear it just right.

The lining is made of a different fabric.

41khaki has become an unprecedented hit. We have changed the material based on this design and made it using the 10.5 oz LAST RESORT DENIM blue tag.
We dismantled a LEE coverall from the 40s and analyzed the thickness of the thread, the density of the weave, and the strength of the unevenness. In order to more accurately recreate the faded vintage atmosphere that remains today, we randomly woven three different warp thread thicknesses to create a garment with the image of sparse vertical fading.
The denim is 10.5 oz thick, making it easy to wear even when it gets cooler.
Unlike the blue tag used in the JEE series, the weft of this tag is woven with off-white yarn.
Like the JEE series, Deep South cotton is used for the warp threads, which are number 8, 9, and 10, and the weft thread is number 9, and the number of threads has not changed, but since the color of the weft thread is different, this one looks lighter in color when comparing the appearance of the surface.
Like the classic 41khaki, it has a highly accurate finish, including the distinctive offset belt loops and the vintage-style 2mm double-welted pockets.
The pockets are also made of a different fabric to add to the atmosphere.
A distinctive feature of the 41DENIM TROUSER is that the buttons are made of metal, giving it a more luxurious look with detailed construction.
The silhouette is also made to the same dimensions, so it is recommended for those who like the 41khaki silhouette.

As with Last Resort Denim, several types of vintage M41 KHAKI were carefully selected and disassembled, and the material was thoroughly crafted while taking into account the production background and technical capabilities of the time, such as thread thickness, unevenness, number of twists, and twist direction.

The shape of the unevenness is neither too strong nor too weak, recreating a natural uneven yarn.

Until now, the materials have been dyed with reactive dyes, but this time they were dyed with the sulfur dyes that were used at the time.

Although the quality of sulfur dyes is inferior to modern reactive dyes, for a dye in the 50s they were highly durable, resistant to friction and sunlight, and were considered quite excellent dyes for the time, so they were used for materials that required toughness, such as work clothes and towels.

We use American cotton, shuttle looms, and sulfur dyes, and each time we wash it, it gives the fabric a texture reminiscent of the vintage of the time, so you can enjoy the changes that occur over time, just like back then, and we hope you will enjoy Gerard's new 41KHAKI.

LASTRESORT CHINO CLOTH is the ultimate chino cloth, made with careful attention to every detail, from raw cotton, thread, weaving, and dyeing.

It reproduces the distinctive offset belt loops and the 2mm wide double welt pockets just like the vintage ones.

Normally the pockets are made of sleek fabric, but like the vintage item sampled, they are made of a separate chino fabric.

The side seams also have strong puckering, which gives the extremely thick silhouette a rugged look when worn.
