Finally, JELADO's highly anticipated new standard item for this season, the "491-B Work Blouson," has arrived.

 

As a new product using the LAST RESORT blue tag fabric, we would like to introduce the "491-B Work Blouson" this time.

 

491-B Work Blouson【JP94491B】

 

This piece is based on the LEE "91-B" that was available in the 1960s, and is a faithful reproduction down to the sewing specifications, based on a vintage item that we own.

 

 

The fabric used is LAST RESORT blue tag denim, just like the 491J Coverall and Painter Pants.

Many of you may already be familiar with it, but we'd like to introduce it again. This denim reproduces the fabric feel of the time by dismantling a 1940s LEE coverall and meticulously analyzing the thread thickness, weave density, and slub strength.

 

 

To reproduce the vintage fabric feel, slub yarn woven with three types of counts is used for the warp threads, resulting in an uneven and expressive vertical fading effect.

 

 

JELADO original parts with the JELADO engraving are used for the zipper pull on the chest pocket.

In addition, a "JLD" piss-name tag is placed on the sewing part to express the brand's identity.

 

 

Both side pockets have a rounded design, making it difficult for items placed in them to fall out.

Not only are the vintage details followed, but the functionality embedded in the original design is also understood and reproduced.

 

 

Even the subtle detail of the zipper teeth being neatly concealed when the zipper is fully closed is faithfully reproduced.
