Just like the Last Resort Denim, this farmer's shirt was made by cutting into a precious vintage flannel shirt, analyzing the fabric, and working to recreate it in detail. The color is almost the same as the vintage one.

 

 

After analyzing the fabric, we found that this vintage item has a verticalIt was found that there were notable characteristics such as the difference in thread and weft count and the small number of threads. And above all, it was clear that very long fiber yarn was used for the weft. This was the secret of the supple texture of the fabric. This was something that could not be seen without putting scissors to it.

 

 

Based on the results of vintage analysis, this farmer's shirt uses thicker, longer fiber threads for the weft than for the warp. It is generally said that the longer the fiber length of the thread, the more luxurious and comfortable the fabric will be. Thanks to this, we were able to create a blissful flannel fabric that feels like a fluffy blanket.

 

 

We also pay special attention to the dyeing process, using sulfur dyes, which will age with wear, giving the garment a unique vintage look.
