We aimed to perfectly reproduce the 5XX501 model, known as the ultimate form of 47-pocket jeans. By cutting a vintage example with scissors and analyzing it,We calculated and thoroughly reproduced everything from the thickness of the thread to the fiber length and number of twists.

Compared to Last Resort's white tag fabric, the black tag denim is darker and darker in color, which is why it is dyed eight times more.

In addition, we have endeavored to reproduce as much as possible the unique details of the vintage pieces we own.

The coin pocket is placed lower than usual.

The unique features of each individual item have been faithfully reproduced, such as the thick belt loops used in the wartime period and the back yoke where the stitching is misaligned on the left and right sides.

It is assumed that the misalignment of the back yoke was a design idea at the time to minimize tension on the fabric and sewing thread, and this intention has been taken into consideration when reproducing it.

We intentionally used horse leather with a rough surface for the leather patches, making them less likely to print and resulting in patches that are unique to each individual item, as was the case back then.

I used white painted iron buttons, just like the vintage ones.

These are samples that our store staff have worn for about 11 months. They have been washed about five times, but the high dye concentration creates a strong contrast with the dark blue.
