The ever-popular 41 Khaki ~Flagship Store~
Share
Thank you for coming to our store so often.
Today, we would like to take a closer look at JELADO's classic 41 Khaki, which is made using Last Resort brown tag fabric and was recently restocked.

41 Khaki Lastresort Chino Cloth【AG94341A】
As with Last Resort Denim, we disassembled a vintage M41Khaki and analyzed the fabric. The thickness of the thread, the shape of the unevenness, the number of twists, the direction of twist, etc. are thoroughly reproduced.
JELADO uses American Deep South cotton, a staple of the brand, for the raw cotton used, resulting in a naturally uneven yarn.

We are also particular about the dyeing method. The previous 41Khaki used reactive dyes developed in the 50s, but this Last Resort 41Khaki is dyed with threne dyes, just like the vintage ones.

The advantage of using sulfur dye is that the color fades with wear and washing, giving the shoes a vintage look.

As you can see, it has a thick silhouette just like the vintage version. The wide hem allows air to pass through easily, and it's light in weight, making it perfect for the upcoming warm season.

In keeping with the vintage style, the pockets are made with extremely fine welts, which are extremely difficult to sew.

The belt loops have also been reproduced with the same offset as the vintage version.

41 Khaki Last Resort Chino Cloth Stencil [AG94341B]
Additionally, we also offer a custom version with the standard "PW" stencil.
This is an impressive item with a stencil of "PW (the initials of War Prisoner)."

"PW" is a stencil that was used on clothing worn by prisoners of war during World War II, but they are extremely rare and have become very popular items in the vintage clothing market.

Each piece is stylized by hand, so there are slight individual differences, just like with real vintage items, which makes them look more realistic.

Just as the 41 Khaki body will fade, the PW stencil will also fade with repeated washing. This is a model that you can enjoy watching change over time.
We currently have most sizes in stock, both stenciled and plain, so be sure to check them out while you can.

The Rebel Jacket has been a long-time favorite at JELADO.
This is a classic riders jacket.

Furthermore, by using cupra instead of quilting,
This is a piece that has been designed to be easy to put on and take off, making it comfortable to wear.
The leather is 1.6mm thick and has a semi-aniline finish.
The softness that 100% pigment does not have, and this is "brown core leather",

This is a fabric called "herringbone twill" that was adopted in 1947.
These are the baker pants I used.
*What is herringbone?
"Herringbone"
"Herring" and "bone"
The bones that are visible when a herring is filleted
The name comes from the fact that the pattern is reminiscent of the Japanese style.
Baker pants were also worn on the battlefield,
He is said to have also worn them while working in an office.
Also, bakers used to wear them, so the name "baker pants" came to be.
It is said that this is where the name came from.
Herringbone twill fabric,
It is thick and therefore durable.
In addition, since it is made of 100% cotton, the more you wear it, the better it will look.
You can also enjoy the changes over time.
And we have been taking reservations for this for a while now,
This was a popular item at the 2025SS preview.

Speaking of USMC M44 Monkey Pants,

Nicknamed "Monkey Pants"
A popular item in the vintage industry.
Here's where the name comes from...
Large horizontal cargo pocket with flap.
This large pocket is
It is used to store "ponchos",
The reason for the flap is
This was adopted to prevent the contents from spilling out.
The reason this pocket resembles a monkey's buttocks is
They are called "monkey pants."
The production period of the M44
In fact, it was very short, only one year and three months.
From July 1944 to around October 7.
Also, it is a "small but elite group."
It was once supplied to the US Marine Corps,
Due to the small overall production volume, it is not popular in the vintage market.
It is being traded at a fairly high price.
The US Marine Corps
As for the period in which it was actually worn...
・Battle of Iwo Jima (February 1945.2.19, 3.26 - March XNUMX, XNUMX)
・Around the time of the Battle of Okinawa (March 1945.3.26, 9.7 - September XNUMX, XNUMX).
Also, after World War II
・Korean War (June 1950.6.25, 1953.7.27 - July XNUMX, XNUMX)
And it looks like it was worn a lot.
These are Gerard's Monkey Pants.
This item is made of herringbone material.
In addition, it is dyed with threnium dyes.
And the buttons are doughnut buttons.
This also creates a vintage feel.
By wearing it firmly, it will change over time.
You will enjoy it.
Native American patterned half-length coats
