41 Khaki Lastresort Chino Cloth【AG94341A】

Similar to our Last Resort denim, we deconstructed vintage M41 Khakis and analyzed the fabric. Based on the knowledge gained, we thoroughly recreated the yarn thickness, irregularity, twist count, and twist direction.

For the raw cotton, we used JELADO's go-to American Deep South cotton, achieving natural slub yarn.

We also paid close attention to the dyeing method. While previous 41 Khakis used reactive dyes developed in the 1950s, this Last Resort 41 Khaki is dyed with vat dyes, just like vintage items.

The advantage of using vat dyes is that the color fades as you wear and wash them, developing a vintage-like appearance.

As you can see, they have the same wide, straight silhouette as vintage items. The wide hem allows for good airflow, and the lighter ounce makes them perfect for the upcoming warmer seasons.

Following vintage designs, the pockets feature extremely fine double-welt stitching, which is very difficult to sew.

The belt loops are also recreated with the same offset as vintage items.

Additionally, we offer a custom version with a "PW" stencil as a standard item.

This powerful item features a "PW" (initials for War Prisoner) stencil, referring to prisoners of war.

 

"PW" stencils were applied to clothing worn by prisoners of war during WWII, but they are extremely rare and highly sought after in the vintage market.

Since each stencil is applied by hand, there are slight individual differences, just like genuine vintage items.

 

Just as the 41 Khaki body fades, the "PW" stencil also wears off with repeated washing. This model offers a fantastic aging experience.

The Rebel Jacket has been a long-standing staple in JELADO's collection of riders' jackets.

We removed the epaulets to create a simple riders' jacket.

Furthermore, by using cupra instead of quilting,

this jacket is designed for ease of wear and removal.

With 1.6mm thick leather and a semi-aniline finish,

it offers a softness not found in 100% pigment-dyed leather, and since it is "tea-core leather,"

you can enjoy its aging process with repeated wear.

There's one more item available for pre-order.

This is also a very popular item,

and when it was released previously, it sold out quickly,

with sizes disappearing in a flash.

These are baker pants made from "herringbone twill" fabric, adopted in 1947.

※ What is Herringbone?

"Herringbone" =

"herring" and "bone"

The name comes from the pattern that resembles the bones of a herring fish when it is splayed open.

Baker pants were worn in battlefields,

but also during indoor work.

It's also said that bakers wore them, which is why they are called 'Baker Pants'.

Since it's herringbone twill fabric,

it has thickness and durability.

Additionally, since it's 100% cotton, you can enjoy its aging with repeated wear.

Although we've been accepting reservations for this item for a while,

it was a popular item at the 2025SS preview.

【Pre-order item, expected arrival early March】Monkey Trousers【CT11344】

USMC M44 Monkey Pants were issued to the Marine Corps, and are popular items in the vintage industry, affectionately known as "Monkey Pants." The origin of their name is as follows:

The large, horizontal cargo pockets with flaps.

These large pockets were adopted to hold ponchos,

and the flaps were included to prevent the contents from falling out.

These pockets resembled a monkey's backside, which is why they were called "Monkey Pants."

The production period for the M44 was actually very short, lasting only "1 year and 3 months," from July 1944 to around October 1945.

Also, because they were issued to the "elite few" of the U.S. Marine Corps,

the overall production volume was low, which is why they command very high prices in the vintage market.

The periods when the U.S. Marine Corps actually wore them include:

・Battle of Iwo Jima (Feb. 19 – Mar. 26, 1945)

・Around the Battle of Okinawa (Mar. 26 – Sep. 7, 1945).

They also seem to have been widely worn after World War II during the

・Korean War (Jun. 25, 1950 – Jul. 27, 1953).

JELADO's Monkey Pants use herringbone material,

and are also dyed with vat dyes.

The buttons are donut buttons, which also creates a vintage feel.

 You can enjoy the aging of the fabric by wearing them regularly.

Native pattern half-length coats and

leather jackets... and even

coveralls pair very well.

I also recommend pairing them with chambray shirts.
