JELADO Mountain Man Fleece Cardigan【AG13231】

 

 

This is the Mountain Man series.

We analyzed and faithfully reproduced vintage outdoor fabrics from the 1930s and 40s.

The vintage items were purchased in France and were underwear in very poor condition.

Our CEO, Goto, fell in love with the fabric of such an item and acquired it, transforming it into the fabric we have seen today.

The outer thread is a 30 count charcoal heathered thread, and the middle thread is a natural thread.

The backing thread is a combination of two different thicknesses, creating a textured look like a striped pattern.

A special jacquard knitting machine (there are only two in the world) is used, and the back side is also overdyed after being brushed.

 Made from 16.1oz high-density brushed fleece, the crew neck recreates the double V design of the 40s.

It is sewn with added side seams.

Two-needle stitching ensures strength, and the cuffs are made in a circular knit.

This piece is designed to evoke a vintage atmosphere down to the smallest detail.

 

The cardigan is based on the ever-popular collared salt-and-pepper cardigan, with a twisted heathered jacquard striped body and charcoal accents.

The stitching is also done using two needles, and despite the thick fabric it is beautifully tailored, with the cuffs finished in circular knitting.

This piece is made with carefully selected materials, meticulous stitching, and is a concentrated expression of vintage charm.

Not only our CEO Goto, who fell in love with this vintage fabric, but also Flagship Store staff member Kakinuki loves using it.

 

 

You can wear it with a shirt or thermal underneath, and it goes well with any pants.
