Today we would like to introduce Mountain Man, a sweatshirt created with the cooperation of Riding High.

It is an incredibly elaborate item, knitted on a rare jacquard knitting machine, of which there are only two in existence in the world. Today, we will take a closer look at the Mountain Man cardigan type.

Mountain Man is a very special project that aims to perfectly reproduce the fabric of underwear that is nearly 100 years old and that our company's president found at a flea market in Paris.

(Based on vintage underwear)

And here is the perfect reproduction fabric we created this time.

First, I used charcoal gray heathered yarn for the surface and natural yarn for the middle yarn.The backing yarn is a combination of two different thicknesses and knitted on a jacquard knitting machine, creating the unique texture of this striped pattern.

The fabric is then overdyed in red, which dyes the natural colored yarn on the front and the raised yarn on the back in red, creating a look that is just as good as vintage fabric.

The 16.1oz heavyweight fabric is brushed and overdyed to recreate the distinctive vintage feel.

The design follows the popular collared salt-and-pepper cardigan, with a twisted heathered jacquard striped body and charcoal accents.

The stitching is done using two needles, and despite the thick fabric it is beautifully tailored, with the cuffs finished in circular knitting.

 This item is made with carefully selected materials, meticulous stitching, and is packed with the charm of vintage clothing, so be sure to experience this exquisite sweat cardigan that is unique to JELADO.
