COLIMBO's classic winter item, the Stockman's Coat, has arrived again this year.

COLIMBO STOCKMANS' LEATHER COAT -30's Style Leather Work Coat- Horse Hide【ZA-0123】

This is a leather work coat, made from horsehide just like the originals produced in the 1920s and 30s.

In the early 20th century, automobiles were open-air, so drivers needed outerwear to protect them from the cold and the dust kicked up when driving on poorly maintained roads.

Therefore, leather coats were specially designed with a length that would not interfere with the car seat even when seated.

This time, we used 1.2mm thick vegetable-tanned semi-aniline dyed horsehide. Since it's a so-called "tea core" leather, you can enjoy the contrast that emerges as you wear it.

Following the details of the era, the wool lining is oil-cut all the way to the front body, without switching fabrics at the facing. All three pockets are double-welted, which is also a characteristic of car coats from the 1930s. The buttons are made of natural nut.

This is a rugged car coat representing the very early motor culture. We currently have a full range of sizes from 38 to 44 in stock. Please give it a try.
