[JELADO] Staff Recruitment Announcement ~ From Iida, a field staff member ~

Hello, I'm Iida from JELADO.

Today, I'd like to inform you about job openings at JELADO.

We are currently looking for sales staff (full-time and part-time) to help us grow JELADO at our Flagship Store in Ebisu and our WEST store in Osaka.

In this blog, I, Iida, would like to share with you what kind of work we do on a daily basis from the perspective of a frontline staff member, and also talk about the rewards and feelings I personally have for this job.

■ Daily tasks
At JELADO, sales staff perform the following tasks:

・In-store customer service and sales
・Mail-order operations (packaging, shipping, etc.)
・Updating and managing social media and blogs
・Inventory management and product display

In particular, in-store sales are not "just selling."

The greatest reward of this job is when I can value conversations with each customer and propose something that suits their taste and style, and they say "thank you."

Even when selling the same product, the needs are never exactly the same, so we provide hospitality tailored to each individual.

Even for customers who purchase through mail order, we value the way we package and pay a little extra attention to ensure they experience JELADO's unique customer service.

Furthermore, disseminating information on social media and creating blogs are also important tasks.

We discuss daily new arrivals, coordinate suggestions, and recommended points with all staff members and share them.

It's also a great pleasure when conveying the background and story behind a product sparks customers' interest and empathy.

Regarding inventory management, we don't just "count" inventory, but we also work as a team to discuss how to arrange it to lead to smooth sales.

We carry out these tasks by helping each other, sometimes even across the boundaries of full-time and part-time employees.

I myself initially became interested in this job simply because I liked denim, but through daily interactions with customers, I've learned a lot, and now I feel I can convey the brand's appeal more deeply.
