Today, let’s start with this
JELADO Westcoast Shirt Sashiko [SG01103]
価格¥39,600(税込)
The new WESTCOAST SHIRTS are released using Asagi Sashiko check fabric. Asagi is a traditional Japanese color name and means "light blue". This color refers to a light blue or light blue shade, and is often used in natural scenery and traditional Japanese clothing.
This fabric, made on a sashiko-style dobby loom, imitates the traditional Japanese technique of sashiko weaving. Sashiko is a technique that uses crisscross threads to create patterns, and is known for its beautiful designs. Using a dobby loom makes it possible to weave intricate patterns and designs.
The "Sashiko-style Dobby Loom" was created by applying dobby loom technology to reproduce the beautiful patterns and texture of traditional Sashiko weaving.
What is Sashiko?
Sashiko, which involves drawing lines with white thread on indigo fabric, is a traditional Japanese embroidery style that has been passed down since ancient times. This simple and beautiful technique was developed from the wisdom of ordinary people in their daily lives. Sashiko dates back to the early 16th century, about 500 years ago. Since this technique can be found all over the country, its birthplace is unclear, but sashiko from the Tohoku region is particularly well known.
It is said that sashiko began as a way to reinforce and keep warm during the harsh cold.
It is a traditional Japanese fabric.
This sashiko pattern shirt is popular among people overseas too.
This item incorporates traditional Japanese elements, has a Japanese feel, and is a shirt that can be worn in the spring and autumn.
It is also breathable and easy to wear.
We have it in stock in store, so please take this opportunity to try it out.
Next up is this
JELADO Westcoast Shirt [SG01104]
Price: ¥18,700 (tax included)
The theme for Spring/Summer 2024 is "SPROUT." This season's concept is to reissue vintage items that were purchased and collected 20 years ago.
We have reproduced the open-collar shirt that was widely available from store brands in the 50s. When reproducing the shirt, we have recreated the original design, but also made some changes, such as using a different fabric for the back and opening the collar on the inside back. However, as a new approach, we decided to use 100% cotton unbleached chambray fabric instead of the rayon material used at the time. This allows us to create a shirt that can be washed without hesitation and worn for a long time.
The off-white fabric has a slight cotton residue that gives it a unique vintage feel. Shell buttons are used to further enhance the look.
This is a popular chambray shirt from JELADO. This is also a perfect piece for the upcoming season.
Another important point is that you can wear it without worrying about sweat.
You can wear it with shorts in the summer, or with chinos or denim in the fall for a fun coordination.
here is the last one
JELADO 41 Shorts [AG82117] Price: ¥22,000 (tax included)
olive
Vanilla
We have released a new version of last year's popular 41 khaki shorts in a different fabric.
This item is a reproduction of the herringbone pattern used by the USMC in the 40s, and is made from fabric with a crisp feel thanks to the use of tightly twisted yarn for the warp.
Available in two colors, olive and vanilla, the material is perfect for summer American casual style.
The texture of the fabric becomes richer with each wash, allowing you to enjoy it for a long time.
It is sewn with 2mm double welts, just like the vintage items of the time, and is sewn with appropriate thread count and stitch length.
A different type of chino fabric is used for the flap on the back of the front and the pockets, adding vintage details even to less visible areas.
We have revised the pattern from the thickness of 41 khaki and changed it to a more appropriate thickness.
41 Khaki is back in stock and summer items are also arriving.
The length of these shorts is just right, coming down to just below the knee.
Why not try JELADO's 41 shorts this summer?
Please come and try it on in store.
This item goes perfectly with both shirts and T-shirts.
Thank you for watching until the end.
