Introducing the Last Resort Chino Cloth "41Khaki".
The old 41Khaki was discontinued with the last shipment in May 2023.
In order to release new chino pants to replace it, we cut and analyzed expensive vintage 41Khaki and produced the fabric from scratch.
Using American deep south cotton, we reproduce natural slub yarn.
While the previous 41Khaki was dyed with reactive dyes, this 41Khaki is dyed with vat dyes.
The 41Khaki, made with American cotton, shuttle looms, and vat dyes, is finished so as not to lose the atmosphere and texture of the time.
The ultimate chino pants, meticulously crafted in every aspect, from raw cotton, yarn, weaving, to dyeing... that is JELADO's Last Resort Chino Cloth "41Khaki".

The base is a vintage flannel shirt to reproduce a thick but soft fabric from before the 1950s.
After thorough analysis, we have developed a new flannel from scratch,
analyzing Lee's workwear at a testing laboratory for:
・Fiber length
・Twist coefficient
・Yarn count
・Number of threads per inch
This product uses sulfur dyes.
Although the demand for sulfur dyeing is low in recent years,
the "aging" that occurs with wear,
and the soft "fabric feel" and "skin touch"
that feel like being wrapped in a towel,
are exceptionally good and highly recommended.
This product receives many inquiries from customers
concerned about the size, so we would appreciate it if you could
consult with us in-store rather than by phone (as we may not be able to respond in some cases, such as during visits).
