【Finally Restocked】41Khaki in Khaki (Beige) ~Flagship Store

The highly requested ultimate chino pants, the 41Khaki in khaki (beige) color, have finally been restocked.

 

41 Khaki Lastresort Chino Cloth【AG94341A】

 

Similar to JELADO's flagship product, Last Resort Denim, we disassembled vintage M41 Khaki pants and analyzed the fabric. Based on the knowledge gained, we reproduced the yarn thickness, slub shape, twist count, and twist direction.

 

 

We use JELADO's classic American Deep South cotton for the raw material to achieve natural slub yarn.

 

 

As this is a meticulously developed fabric based on disassembling vintage items, we've sewn on the Last Resort tag, also known as the brown tag, just like with our denim.

 

 

The pockets feature extremely fine double-welt specifications, which are very difficult to sew. The belt loops also reproduce the same offset as vintage items.

 

 

We are also very particular about the dyeing method. While the previous 41Khaki used reactive dyes developed in the 1950s, this Last Resort 41Khaki is dyed with vat dyes, just like vintage items.

 

 

As you wear and wash them, they will fade and change, taking on the appearance of vintage items.

 

 

The silhouette is also a very wide straight cut with a deep rise, just like vintage M41 Khaki pants. These pants are perfect for the classic styles currently in trend.

Using US cotton, shuttle looms, and vat dyes,

the 41Khaki is finished to retain the atmosphere and fabric feel of the era.

 

From raw cotton, yarn, weaving, to dyeing,

the ultimate chino pants meticulously crafted in every detail...
