As I wrote in the title,

it's gotten colder, so I'm introducing some leather items.

 

 

Among them, today I'd like to introduce

a special order sports jacket

from JELADO and Rainbow Country.

 

 

 

 

 

The collaboration item with Rainbow Country,

which was also released last year,

has arrived at WEST.

At JELADO WEST,

sizes 38(M), 40(L), 42(XL), and 44(XXL)

are available in store.

 

This horsehide is approximately 1.2mm thick,

vegetable-tanned, and finished with aniline dye.

 

Since it's dyed and not pigmented,

it has a natural leather texture and sheen...

And the aging over time

is exceptional.

 

Also, since it's based on Vintage,

it has many special details.

 

The lining is smooth,

made of rayon satin fabric,

allowing for stress-free putting on and taking off.

 

When wearing leather, a "smooth" lining is

a welcome feature, isn't it?

 

This time, for the inner layer,

I tried using this.

 

 

 

 

JELADO Breed (Breed) [RG73825]

Since it is double jacquard knitted and then brushed,

it can be worn without snagging on the lining,

and it's comfortable.

 

I'm wearing mustard, which can be used as an inner layer

and as an accent color.

 

With 65% mohair, it's highly insulating

and lightweight, making it extremely versatile.

The 2 Monkeys French Work Blouse【TM02454】

 

 

 

This is Blue Black.

Although it is a bluish black,

the faded color creates a more sophisticated atmosphere.

 

 

 

 

And this is Tabacco.

This earthy color

might be an easy color for everyone to match, in terms of earth tones.

 

Like Blue Black, the faded look of

Tabacco also creates a nice atmosphere.

 

Now, about this French Work Blouse, which became available for pre-order at 12 PM today.

I'd like to introduce it from my perspective.

 

First, the pleats on the front.

 

JELADO's 406XX

 

and 407EXX

have two pleats,

French Work Blouse has this many pleats.

 

This French Work Blouse is so labor-intensive that three factories refused to produce it.

 

Designer Riya Suzuki's attention to detail doesn't stop there.

 

This product has pockets, but they are not visible from the front.

 

There are pockets along the straight line from both armpits to the hem.

If pockets were placed on the front, they would be seen as a design element, so to maintain a simple look, they are placed in an invisible location.

 

 

 

 

 

You'll find French-style details like gathers on the cuffs, back yoke, and above the waistband.

 

There is also a cinch back above the waistband.

 

You can also see gathers in the back yoke, right?

The fabric for the back body is cut quite large.

This is a key point.

 

Linen is a material that is currently soaring in price, and this garment uses that luxurious linen generously.

 

Finally, this product...

Some customers might think, "Isn't this a jacket?"

But it is a blouse.

 

Why? Here's the reason.

406XX

Notice the buttonholes.

While the 406XX (and 407EXX) have horizontal buttonholes, the French Work Blouse has vertical buttonholes.

This is why it's called a blouse.

 

The shirts you wear probably also have vertical buttonholes.

Considering this, it's correct to call it a shirt, not a jacket.

 

The French Work Blouse is made from 100% thick linen fabric.
