On March 24th (Monday) at 6 PM, in a YouTube video released by Machiroku CH,
JELADO Representative Goto was featured.
He discusses JELADO's craftsmanship,

However, as hemming services for in-store and online purchases have increased, we are currently unable to offer hemming services for "outside brands brought in by customers." We apologize for any inconvenience.
・For "JELADO products purchased from a dealer" that you are wearing, hemming will be a paid service.
*Hemming services for items purchased at JELADO and brought in will continue to be handled as before.
