2024 Mid Season Collection

in JELADO WEST

 

We will hold a preview event on 2/3 (Sat) and 4 (Sun).

This preview event is for our loyal customers as well as

first-time visitors to enjoy.

 

Starting from this preview event, we have changed the name from "Mid Summer" to

"Mid Season".

 

Every year, this collection includes not only midsummer items but also

autumn/winter items such as JELADO's classic flannel shirts and mega thermals,

so we changed it to Mid Season instead of Mid Summer.

 

This year's collection has the theme

"Sprout".

 

This year marks the 20th anniversary of CEO Goto's entrepreneurship, a milestone year.

And as a "return to origin",

the name of JELADO's predecessor, the used clothing store "Sprout",

has been chosen as the theme.

 

In that sense, I believe not only our staff but also

our customers are looking forward to it, but I think

the one enjoying it the most is CEO Goto.

 

We hope that as many customers as possible will visit us and

enjoy the preview event.

The base is a thick yet soft fabric

from before the 1950s. To reproduce this, we thoroughly analyzed

vintage flannel shirts, and at a testing institution, just like Lee's workwear,

 

・Fiber length

・Twist coefficient

・Yarn count

・Number of threads per inch

 

were meticulously analyzed, and a new flannel was developed from scratch.

 

This product uses

sulfur dyes.

Although the demand for sulfur dyeing is low in recent years,

the "aging" effect from wearing it and the

fluffy "fabric texture" and "feel against the skin"

, like being wrapped in a towel, are exceptionally good and highly recommended.

 

This is a product that receives many inquiries from customers

concerned about the size. We would appreciate it if you could consult with us

in person at the store rather than by phone

(as we may not be able to respond depending on the situation, such as during customer visits).
