We will be holding a TRUNK SHOW (order event) for Ol' Shanks Engineer Boots,

another boot brand produced by Mr. Riya Suzuki, at our store.

 

　April 27th (Sat) - 29th (Mon/Holiday)

　The model is the 10” Engineer Boot.

　Sizes available are 

　US6.5 (24.5cm) to US11.0 (29.0cm)

　in half sizes.

 

Its unique form and hand-dyed finish make it

a one-of-a-kind, rare engineer boot.

 

Because only a very limited number can be produced,

production is centered on orders received at 1-2 trunk shows annually.

 

The leather is Italian horse butt.

Its dense fiber structure, not found in cowhide, and suppleness

create beautiful wrinkles.

Even the tiger stripes, scars, and pinholes often seen on its surface

are unique expressions of this leather.

 

The leather's expression and wrinkle patterns vary from pair to pair,

but each one is beautiful and conveys the individuality of this leather.

 

The boots can be hand-dyed by Mr. Suzuki in 5 colors:

　Black, Walnut (dark brown),

　Mahogany (reddish dark brown),

　Dark Olive, Dark Navy.

 

Since aniline dyes are used,

the colors have a shaded appearance that brings out the texture of the leather.

You can also enjoy the aging process as the color fades relatively quickly.

 

For black, a "pigment finish" is also available,

where the leather starts out solid black and then reveals a brown core over time.

 

In addition, for a limited number of sizes and quantities,

pigment-dyed brown-core black leather is also available.

 

There are three types of soles: a sharp single leather sole,

a specification with a leather midsole only in the front,

and a separate type using a rubber half sole.

 

You can also choose the color of the edge dye and stitching.

 

The prices are:

　Hand-dyed

　Pigment-dyed black leather

　　　　¥220,000 (tax included) (¥200,000 tax excluded)

the brown tag focuses on 41 Khaki...

The blue tag is a collection centered on workwear,

and when it comes to representative workwear,

"Lee" is definitely indispensable.

LAST RESORT "Blue Tag" focuses on

light-ounce denim workwear.

Since it's 10.5 oz denim,

unlike the white and black tags, the lighter ounce blue tag

will undoubtedly show different aging.

In that sense,

this series is very exciting.

The base is the same as the "LASTRESORT 41Khaki"

which is currently accepting pre-orders, but the fabric is different.

100% cotton twisted yarn twill fabric.

The warp uses twisted yarn dyed with sulfur, and the weft uses

black yarn also dyed with sulfur, creating a thick and firm fabric.

Since it's 100% cotton, it will age nicely

with wear, so we hope you enjoy watching its appearance change.

Since this is produced only once a year, we believe that some customers

have been eagerly awaiting this!

This long-awaited "41 Covert" is finally available for pre-order.
