if you brought them to the store. However, due to the increased volume of hem alterations

from in-store and online purchases,

we are currently unable to accommodate "hem alterations for other brands brought in by customers."

・Hem alterations for "JELADO products purchased from our dealers" will be charged.

*We will continue to accommodate hem alterations for items purchased directly from JELADO, even if brought in.
