we capture the unique characteristics of each piece and incorporate them into the design.

if you bring them to the store. However, due to the increased number of hem alterations

for in-store and online purchases, we are currently unable to accommodate

"hem alterations for other brands' items brought in by customers." We apologize for any inconvenience.

・Hem alterations for JELADO products purchased from our authorized dealers

will be charged.

*We will continue to accept hem alterations for JELADO products purchased directly from JELADO,

even if they are brought in.
