From the STANDARD COLLECTION comes the annual release of the indigo short-sleeved chambray shirt.
Nowadays, there are many work items with rare details that catch people's attention, so we made a short-sleeved shirt with a classic design from a real work perspective. However, it may be surprising, but it is rare to find an original (vintage) short-sleeved chambray shirt. Most of them are long-sleeved shirts with the sleeves cut off by someone who bought them at the time (or later).
There were many workwear brands in the 40s and 50s, but there were only a few that produced short-sleeved chambray. Therefore, while the design is orthodox, it is highly rated and very valuable from the perspective of vintage clothing. This time, we have put together an original short-sleeved chambray shirt that is orthodox while incorporating specifications that are typical of sturdy workwear. The collar is double stitched, the body is triple stitched, both sides of the body are gusseted, and a union ticket is sewn on the back of the left front hem. The buttons are metal buttons, there are flap pockets on both chests, and red cotton thread is used for the bar ties. Special details such as asymmetrical gacha pockets and mountain pockets are deliberately refrained from making this workwear with a realistic perspective. The length is short so that you can wear it with a clean silhouette while leaving some room around the armpits.
Although it has the basics of work items, it has a simple design, so it is suitable for those who are looking for a work style, but you can also enjoy it without being bound by a work style. It can also be worn with shorts for a casual holiday style.
