JELADO Smoker Shirt White [JP94113]

The fabric is 100% cotton broadcloth, made from tightly woven fine threads.
This material is usually used for dress shirts such as button-down shirts, so it may not be a very familiar material.

The design is based on the gacha pocket shirts from "BIG YANK" from the 1930s.
The small pocket on the front reproduces the bag stitching that is unique to vintage items, making it an item that will appeal to the vintage soul.
In terms of stitching, triple stitching is used on the shoulders and arms to ensure strength.
In addition, the pockets and other parts are double stitched, just like in the original, giving them the atmosphere of the time.
For the buttons, we used hexagonal buttons, which are typically found on old work shirts.
Furthermore, we have deliberately chosen to make the gusset section bag-stitched rather than having ears.
This is because the original "BIG YANK" at the time had a bag-stitched gusset rather than a gusset with edges, and both types existed on work shirts, chambray shirts, and wool shirts at the time.
By using bag stitching, the strength of the gusset part is also increased.
The sewing thread is made of cotton, so when you wash or put it in the dryer, the thread becomes tighter and tighter, resulting in stronger marks around the shoulders and arms.
In terms of size, it is based on the regular length of JELADO's original flannel shirt.
The sleeves are longer than a flannel shirt, making it easier to wear and coordinate with other items.
