JELADO Dead Beat Vanilla Fade Peach Mango [AG41261]

This Henley jacket, named DEAD BEAT, is a fusion of early 20th century work clothes and military wear.
The fabric used is a special 100% cotton 40/-piqué jacquard fabric.
Pique material is normally woven on a weaving machine, but a special attachment is set on a jacquard knitting machine to give the knitting machine the texture of the vintage pique material.
This is a very unusual fabric with a textured pique material that resembles needle-punched fabric and a fine jacquard knit pattern.
The soft fabric feels good against the skin, and it is comfortable to wear even when it fits close to the skin.
Currently, there are only a limited number of knitters who can knit this fabric, making it extremely difficult to produce additional quantities.
After the product is made, it is dyed to give it a color and finish.
The stitching is done using an all flat seam machine.
The weft-knit ribbing on the collar and sleeves gives it the feel of an old cut-and-sew item.
A pocket made of the same fabric is attached to the chest, recreating the underwear feel of the time.
