[Coming Soon] Dogout Trousers [AG21322]　

These work trousers are inspired by the pants excavated from coal mines that were closed in the early 1900s, and are based on our own trousers from the late 1800s to early 1900s. This model has been developed in a variety of materials up until now, but this time we have reconstructed the pattern, stitching and specifications to further improve the quality. The material is WABASH fabric with a blue LASTRESORT tag. We commissioned REBUILD to sew the trousers, using vintage sewing machines such as the SINGER 31 (single-needle lockstitch), SINGER 134 (two-needle lockstitch) and SINGER 99W (eyelet buttonhole) to recreate the specifications of the time. Both the inside and outside seams are sewn together using a lapped weave, faithfully following the sewing techniques of the 1910s. Mass production
It has a careful and dignified finish, like the time before regulations were put in place.
The silhouette is high-back with a classic split back design. It features suspender buttons and a wide placket at the front, recreating the classic hold of the time. The buttons are all made of metal, and will tarnish with use, developing a richer look over time.
The pockets feature a secure, locked stitch for extra strength, recreating the details of vintage work pants. Originally designed in a time when belt loops were not available, they have been added for a more modern fit, and are also securely locked with a secure lock stitch. Separate reinforcement fabric is attached to the waistband, the inside of the flap pockets, the inside of the buckle back, and the inside of the front buttons, allowing you to enjoy the fading and changes in texture that occur with use. The pocket linings feature a striped lining, a nod to the original, further enhancing the vintage look.
The rare buckle back is a detail found only on older vintage items. The back pocket on the left side has a flap and is designed deep enough to safely store a wallet or other items. With wear, the fabric will naturally fade and develop a unique patina, making these trousers truly one-of-a-kind. These trousers are recommended not only for vintage lovers, but also for those seeking a discerning work style.
